Measure the circumference of your bust with your arms down. The measurement should be made across the chest together with the arms (including arms). Look at the picture. YOUR SIZE IS "MEASURED CENTIMETERS" (OR INCHES) ! The sizing shown are for the shoulder girth. Therefore, BE SURE to check which size you fit. If your size is in the middle between the standard sizes, then choose according to the principle whether you like to wear loose or tight-fitting clothes.
